The Killers and Bono, as McPhisto, lead star-studded performance on Kimmel — watch

on November 23, 2016, 10:10am

Last Friday, The Killers celebrated the digital release of Don’t Waste Your Wishes, a holiday album that benefits (RED), the Bono-co-founded nonprofit that works to fight AIDS. Brandon Flowers & co. took their charitable ways one step further by appearing on a special star-studded, (RED)-themed episode of Jimmy Kimmel Live! last night.

The Killers, along with celebrities like Julia Roberts, Channing Tatum, Neil Patrick HarrisDJ Khaled, and Halsey, performed a dark, but amusing song called “We’re Going to Hell”. As you might be able to gather from the title, the track’s about how Hollywood, wealthy yet oblivious to struggling communities around them, is probably not on the VIP list for Heaven. Bono later turned up for a last minute cameo, all done up as his devilish McPhisto alter ego.

Catch the replay above. Don’t Waste Your Wishes will be available on CD beginning December 9th.
