Genre-bending duo The Kickdrums will follow up last year’s debut album, Meet Your Ghost, with a forthcoming mixtape entitled Follow The Leaders. Following “Want My Blood”, the effort’s second single is ”Thieves In The Choir”, featuring rising MC/original Odd Future member Casey Veggies. Starting with a base of ’60s psychedelic pop ala The Animals, the lads add heaps of bass, ringing, over-sized church bells, and the eerie vibes only a choir can provide to ramp up the hazy mood to truly lethal levels.
