Whether the population cares to acknowledge it or not, Clear Channel is everywhere. The San Antonio-Tex.-based media conglomerate owns nearly 1,000 terrestrial radio stations around the country, reaching more than 110 million listeners each and every week. They’re also gearing up for the launch of a digital ratio station called iHeartRadio, and because they can, the company intends to celebrate with a massive two-day music festival featuring a who’s who of Top 40 radio.

Set for September 23rd & 24th at the MGM Grand in Las Vegas, the iHeartRadio Music Festival will feature the likes of Lady Gaga, Coldplay, Alicia Keys, Steven Tyler, The Black Eyed Peas, as well as Kenny Chesney and Carrie Underwood.

Also slated to perform at the Ryan Seacrest-hosted event are Jane’s Addiction, Nicki Minaj, John Mayer, David Guetta, Rascal Flatts, Bruno Mars, Kelly Clarkson, Sublime with Rome, Usher, and Sting. More acts are set to be announced and the concert will be streamed live across the internet on the station’s official website.

A Facebook presale started yesterday and tickets go on sale to the general public on July 16 at 1:00 p.m. EST. More information is available here.
